About Sandy Crosbie
Sandy Crosbie was born and raised in St. Andrew, Jamaica. She attended Church of the First Born in Top Road, Mavis Bank, where she was actively involved in the Sunday School and emerged as lead singer for the choir. At the tender age of 10, she surrendered her life to God and got baptized. The more Sandy grew in her faith, the more dedicated she became to the work of the Lord. She began singing in the youth choir and was among the youngest members. As a young adult, she heard about the 60-member First Born Chorale. She dreamed of becoming a member, and she succeeded at the auditions. Over the years, Sandy also performed at conventions, concerts, weddings, school functions, and graduations.
For her, singing is a great way to commune with God. Psalm 149:1 says, “Sing to the Lord a new song, His praise in the assembly of His faithful people.” She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the Mico University College in Jamaica and currently teaches in Phoenix, Arizona. Sandy is the mother of two handsome sons, Lemar and Lennoy. She believes that there is an anointing in her life for ministry and is elated to be a part of what God is doing at The Ultimate Empowerment Church. She was ordained a minister in 2022 as a minister.
